- Balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to stay.
- A refundable breakages deposit is also required to be paid along with the balance.
- All bedlinen, towels, gas, electricity and hot water are included.
- Travel cot and high chair are available on request.
- Weekly housekeeping (chargeable) can be arranged for stays of two weeks or more.
- The apartment is non smokingand no pets are allowed.
- For stays longer than three weeks, a discounted rate can be negotiated (not during The Edinburgh Festival).
